If an e-mail is sent from your account that cannot be delivered you will receive a bounce message. Look at the subject line of the bounced message to ensure that you sent the message. If you do not recognize the message that has been sent, then your account may have been hacked. Please start by changing all your account passwords. In your Control Panel, e-mail accounts, and FTP account. Then check your computer for viruses. A list of recommended antivirus software can be found here.
Newsletters or e-mail that have been marked as spam were sent from your server. Please check your e-mail account for an e-mail from the Security Team. Please respond directly to that e-mail in order to open a case. The Security Team will respond within 24 hours.
